Return Policy:

You may return most new, unopened items which were not special orders within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Please note that shipping costs are not refundable. All returns require prior authorization from Land & Coates. To obtain an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) please fill out this form. Items returned without authorization from Land & Coates cannot be accepted. Please include the original invoice or copy of your order confirmation with your return. Once your return is received and inspected by Land & Coates (which may take 3-5 business days), your refund will be processed and a credit will be applied to your credit card within 3-5 business days. Items are subject to a 20% restocking fee.

RETURNS WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED ON ITEMS THAT ARE:

- Opened or used

- Missing their serial number or UPC

- Special orders (returned at our discretion)

- Returned more than 30 days after delivery

- Returned without notification
